PRE-ORDER SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS

Big A** Hair Clip is pre-order only at this time.  Tentative shipping is September of 2026.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once we hand the order to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for it.  We will do our best in any case to locate any lost orders, but we only have access to the same tracking information as the customer.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit.  The customer has two options.  1.  The customer will be issued a full refund.  2. We can attempt a second shipment, but the customer forfeits their ability to receive a refund if the second attempt is lost in transit. 

IMPORT TAXES & FEES

Customers outside the United States are responsible for ALL import taxes and fees. 

If your order is returned to the sender for a mistake in the address or if import fees are denied by the customer.  A refund will only be issued once/if the product returns to our warehouse.  We will not refund the shipping cost.  If you wish to attempt a second shipment, we will need to be reimbursed for the shipping fee and provide a valid address before we attempt to reship.
