I have long, thick hair - over 30 inches of it - and a few years ago I realized there wasn’t a single claw clip on the market that could hold it.
Even the ones marketed as “jumbo,” “extra-large,” or “for long hair” would slip, snap, or fall out after just 15 minutes. Most of them max out at about 4 inches, with nowhere near the capacity for real volume.
After one too many clips that wouldn't fit my hair, I decided: if I couldn’t find one, I’d make it myself - with the help of my genius brother, obviously!

We’d talked about creating this for a while, but we've finally committed after getting so frustrated with the lack of truly functional clips for long, thick hair. With our entrepreneurial background - and plenty of encouragement from our Dad - we decided to bring the idea to life together!

My brother Gabe might not have much hair himself, but his design skills and engineering mind were exactly what we needed. 

While I focused on function, feel, and day to day use - Gabe handled the math, structure, and precision. We started prototyping side by side, making small tweaks, testing, and refining until it worked perfectly. 

After multiple iterations (and a lot of math on Gabe’s part), we designed a claw clip that holds all of my hair comfortably and securely. That’s over 30 inches of thick, voluminous hair!
